CANCELLATION + RESCHEDULE POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved just for you! All cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations or reschedules made within the 24 hour window will be charged a 50% fee of the service booked. No shows will be charged 100% of the service booked and will not be rebooked. Consistent reschedules will be subject to no longer being booked.

Due to the cancellation policy, a valid card is required on file upon booking all services. In the event of a no show or late cancellation you will be notified and your card on file will be charged the appropriate amount.
